Easter Sunday saw the Dining Room at Grand Hyatt Goa bustling with families and friends that arrived to celebrate Easter the Grand way. Families were spoilt silly with the variety of options on the buffet and activities for kids. The Dining Room lay out an extensive spread of cuisines from across the globe to appease every palate. The grand spread included a variety of dishes at the Indian, Goan, Italian, Pan-Asian, and Lebanese counters, accompanied by an interesting live carving bar. Adding to the grandiose were separate sushi and salad bars as well as an elaborate cheese and wine display from around the world. And as if this wasn’t enough, there was also a Fuzzy Bunny Bar serving special Easter themed cocktails and mocktails to pair with their food.
Everyone was entertained by the live band that set a groovy mood to the afternoon. A lot of the guests took to the dance floor and danced their way into the celebration. Guests had the most elaborate dessert binge that included a chocolate fountain, Easter cupcakes, chocolate Easter bunnies, signature desserts and exceptional handcrafted ice-cream bar as well as a garden of cake pops.
The celebrations were extended beyond the Dining Room where Easter eggs were waiting to be found at the magnificent Palace Lawn. The Palace lawns were filled with the giggles and glee of the little ones as they went egg hunting along with the Easter Bunny and jumped around on the bouncy castle which seemed to be their favourite spot The other fun activities like face painting, balloon twisting, Easter egg decoration and other fun games transformed the Palace Lawns into a giant Easter carnival for all to enjoy. Light refreshments were served at the Palace Lawns to ensure the patrons and children were kept cool through the warm weather.
Grand Hyatt Goa’s Easter Sunday Brunch delivered everything and more of what it had promised, a splendid Easter for the whole family. Families and friends left with delightful memories to last them a lifetime!
